Itinerary

Additionally we can arrange transfer from the airport or add extra days in Vienna.

Start of the tour: Vienna morning guided tour of Vienna – walk through the city center. The Capital of Austria is home to nearly one third of the country’s inhabitants and is its primary city. Ranked as one of the best liveable cities in the world enjoying a high quality of life, Vienna is a haven in central Europe and remains a popular tourist destination. You will see all main cultural and historical attractions along the famous Ringstrasse – Vienna Rathaus, Vienna’s historical centre, St Stephen’s Cathedral any many more.

Some free time and then board the boat that will take us along the Danube to Bratislava.

Day 2 :
BRATISLAVA

After breakfast, city tour of Bratislava. Climb to the castle hill and visit Bratislava Castle. Then we walk to the main square pass the remains of the medieval walls, the city’s main door and Michalova tower with a museum of weapons. We stop in front of the famous Mozart’s palace. And by the majestic St. Martin’s Cathedral, where once Hungarian kings were crowned.

Rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight: Bratislava

After breakfast depart for Budapest.

See the sights at Budapest’s ‘Champs Elysees’: Opera, National Ballet Academy; walk to the City Park, where there is a beautiful mansion Vajdahunyad, thermal baths, ZOO and amusement park, pass the National Bank, Parliament, the Defence Ministry over the Margaret Bridge and the oldest Turkish baths – hammam on the castle hill on which stands the famous Matthias Church, the Royal Palace and fishing fort.

Walk the mundane shopping street – Váci street, then we will see the market Vörösmarty, which is the oldest patisserie in Hungary, the Basilica of St. Stephen with the chapel where the relics of Stephen’s right hand are kept.

In the evening dinner at the famous Hungarian Carda (local restaurant).

Day 4 :
BUDAPEST

After breakfast we drove up to Gelert hill with Habsburg fort Citadella and Independence Monument – one of the few remaining communist monuments.
