Guided tour of Prague: In the morning, you look out over Prague and immediately understand its nickname “city of 1,000 spires.” The skyline contains 1,100 years of history, filled with domed churches and old towers. A blend of architectural styles decorates the entire city, from its narrow Gothic lanes to its Baroque palaces, Renaissance bridges, and Art Nouveau cafes. On the opposite side of the Vltava River, you can see Prague Castle casting a dramatic image overlooking the cityscape.

Discover the delights of Prague, stroll around the Jewish Quarter and Old Town to see the Astronomical Clock and many other highlights.

Sightseeing with private guide of Prague Castle and walk to Golden Street.

Castle, most beautiful part of the city is situated in the historic center of Prague, it is the largest castle complex in the world and UNESCO World Heritage site. In the neighborhood surrounding the castle, find Nový Svět, or New World Street. This small locale has always been a magnet for artists and is a real gem with its walled streets, small houses, art galleries and old street lights. Go to Hradčanské Náměstí, or Hradčanské Square by several imposing palaces, including the Archbishop’s Palace, the Martinicky Palace, the Schwarzenberg Palace and the Tuscany Palace.
And do not forget to enjoy the Golden Lane (Czech: Zlatá ulička). It is a street situated in Prague Castle, originally built in the 16th century. Many of the houses are now souvenir shops, and there is a museum of medieval armoury within the former 14th-century fortification accessible from Golden Lane.

Tip of the day:
– NUCLEAR BUNKER TOUR: Ex-Soviet bunker, made during the Cold War, is located five stories under the ground. It is crammed with paraphernalia including gas masks, medical kits, and uniforms. The ambience is evocative of the paranoia and violence of the Cold War years and it is bound to send a chill down your spine.
– MUCHA MUSEUM: The world´s first Mucha Museum, dedicated to the life and work of the world-acclaimed Czech ART NOUVEAU artist Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939), is housed in the Baroque Kaunický Palace in the very heart of Prague. A selection of over 100 exhibits comprising paintings, photographs, charcoal drawings, pastels, lithographs and personal memorabilia provides a privileged view into the universe of the artist who is most widely known for the posters he executed for Sarah Bernhardt in the fashionable world of fin-de-siècle Paris.
– VISIT KGB MUSEUM: For the first time in the word the things, which belonged to the first persons of the Soviet state, the heads of the Cheka-NKVD-GPU-OGPU-MGB-KGB, the senior functionaries of the soviet state security, are collected in one place. Quite unusual pieces, such as the death mask of Lenin, Trotsky murder weapon, the radio from Beria’s cabinet, the equipment from the laboratories of the KGB and many other things are in this collection in KGB Museum in Prague.
– DAY TRIP TO KARLOVY VARY: Sample the delights of the world-famous spa town of Karlovy Vary on full-day trip from Prague. Admire the Bohemian landscapes as you travel from Prague to Karlovy Vary, and discover the many attractions of the town. Visit the Moser glass factory, where beautiful crystal ware is made; admire the elegant spa colonnades and fountains, and sample some of the reputedly curative waters, light spa wafers and some of Karlovy’s legendary herbal liqueur.

En-route stop in Češke Budejovice and Krumlov: Tour to Češke Budejovice where famous Budweiser beer is being brewed. With a population of almost 100,000 people, České Budějovice is the largest city in South Bohemia. For foreign visitors it’s often considered merely a stepping stone on the way to smaller but more famous Český Krumlov 28km to the south, but České Budějovice is an interesting and diverse destination in its own right. Beside Famous Budweiser brewery, town boast with numerous other attractions, such as Old city walls by the river, main square and fountain, Church of St. Nicholas with 72 meters high Black Tower just by the church.

Continue to picturesque, historical UNESCO Cešky Krumlov. Situated on the banks of the Vltava river, the town was built around a 13th-century castle with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements. Krumlov is an outstanding example of a small central European medieval town whose architectural heritage has remained intact thanks to its peaceful evolution over more than five centuries. Guided tour of Krumlov and then return back to Prague.

OPTIONALLY: Visit Hluboká Castle very near to Budejovice: due to its scale, character, original furnishings and extensive park – is one of the most significant and beautiful Romantic monuments in the European and world context. The walls and ceilings of the stately halls on the first story of the castle are paneled with precious wood with unusually rich workmanship and carving decoration. The bedroom and dressing room of princess Eleonor, the Hamilton’s closet and the reading room are all decorated with paintings by European masters of the 16th – 18th centuries, beautiful chandeliers, late Renaissance window panes, and Delft China. The most precious pieces of furniture are situated in the Morning Drawing Room and complemented with painted Chinese vases from the 18th century.

Tip of the day for evening in Vienna:
– VIENNER STEAK AT FIGLMÜLLER: Try original Vienna steak in the restaurant where it was “born”. In Viennese cuisine, there is probably no dish more characteristic of Vienna than Wiener Schnitzel. Its origin is the subject of numerous legends and controversies. There is consensus, however: Only premium veal fried golden brown in lard will do.
– PRATER- THE OLDEST AMUSEMENT PARK& VIENNA GIANT FERRIS WHEEL: The Prater is a popular public park and green space in the city and is home to one of the oldest amusement parks in the world. Used for centuries as the imperial hunting grounds, Vienna’s Prater was opened to the public in 1766. In 1895 the amusement park, Wurstelprater, was opened, of which many of the original attractions have been perfectly preserved, contributing to the charming historic feel of the park.

– SALT-MINE HALLEIN: The oldest mine in the world everyone can enjoy and follow the tracks of mysterious, ancient miners’ tunnels for many kilometers into the mystical mountain. More than 2500 years ago, the Celts were already mining “White Gold” here, as is evident from the traces they left behind. Now you can experience it on your own.
– TRIP TO HALLSTATT: Hallstatt UNESCO Village. Explore the old town, admire the view of the Mühlbach Waterfall and observe the colorful baroque style homes sprinkled on the mountainside on your way there.

– NUREMBERG DAY TRIP FROM MUNICH: The ancient city of Nuremberg has been an important center for arts and culture since the Middle Ages and has preserved most of the old walls that have encircled it since the 14th and 15th centuries. Here, you’ll find Gothic churches and other buildings that have been carefully restored from damage during World War II bombing. Nuremberg was the site of the Nazi Party Rally Grounds, where Hitler held his propaganda rallies, and you can visit the documentation center for information on the Third Reich and Nazi activities here.
– VISIT BMW WORLD + MUSEUM: The BMW Museum offers a fascinating presentation of the company, brand and product history of BMW. After learning about BMW’s past you can be brought up to date with the present at the stylish exhibition hall next door. BMW Welt is free to enter and the best explanation is that it’s the world’s most spectacular car dealership showroom. People come to pick up their new BMWs, which is a spectacle in its own right as their car is lifted up to them by elevator into a glass hall.

Day trip from Munich (private): Visit Fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle: Today Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe. Every year 1.4 million people visit “the castle of the fairy-tale king”. In the summer around 6,000 visitors a day stream through rooms that were intended for a single inhabitant.

The setting of Neuschwanstein could not be more idyllic. However, movement in the foundation area has to be continuously monitored, and the sheer rock walls must be repeatedly secured.
