Itinerary
Pick up at your hotel in Bratislava. Transfer from the airport to your hotel is available for a supplement.
Morning drive to Trnava, the oldest Slovakian town. Sightseeing and then drive to the wine-growing area Small Carpathians to the small town Modra, known for its numerous wine cellars and the production of ceramic majolika. Visit majolika factory, one of the most recognizable symbols of Slovakia. Then we will go to one of the most renowned winemakers in Slovakia, famous for its predicate dry wines. See his vineyards and tractors and tasting of fine wines in his wine cellar. Head back to Bratislava and overnight.
Overnight: Bratislava
After breakfast, city guided tour of Bratislava. Climb to the castle hill and visit Bratislava Castle. Then we walk to the main square pass the remains of the medieval walls, the city’s main door and Michalova tower with a museum of weapons. We stop in front of the famous Mozart’s palace. And by the majestic St. Martin’s Cathedral, where once Hungarian kings were crowned.
